Selected international photographers were invited to share with us an image to be published through the social media channels of Gallerie delle Prigioni and Imago Mundi.

A place of physical and metaphorical enclosure, the ancient prisons where the physical space of Gallerie delle Prigioni is located, effectively represent the condition experienced worldwide in the long quarantine period that we are now leaving behind. During this time, we have investigated not only what we could see from our windows, but also the changes in our inner landscape, in our relationships and the way we understand freedom.

In #InsideOut, 31 well-known international photographers, from the Imago Mundi community and beyond, have translated into images the individual and collective perception of this historical moment, looking to the future through the poetic power of visual language.
